01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 365 Ace. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 365 Ace. By accessing the 365 Ace platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these 365 Ace Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 365 Ace after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

• Bets placed at 365 Ace are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.

• Attempting to launder money through the 365 Ace platform.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

365 Ace provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, 365 Ace does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime or maintenance periods.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's own gambling decisions.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their credentials.

In no event shall 365 Ace's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
